I think they were operating a very limited service, a man I spoke to yesterday had waited for the 12:00 99 from Halesowen which didn't come, and the 12:30 99 which also did not come

Someone at  centro needs to just reassign these contracts as its a joke thats been going on since before I left Birmingham last month... Can't believe centro seem so useless and that VIP are still allowed to be on the road.

Centro are not quite as useless as you think! VIP's contracts have been terminated with effect from the end of next week with emergency tenders going out to other operators for them to apply to operate these routes

If they are failing to deliver on their Centro contracts, there is every chance the same may be happening on other contracts. Even the staff that can see what is coming will vote with their feet.....
