To my knowledge the X64 has never used Colemore Row.

It terminated on Corporation Street by the Square Peg for a while though.

The X64/98/99 did terminate on Colmore Row for a time and had a decent layover there:

And just cause unnecessary confusion for people, yeah the 120A isn't the mot simple idea but it's not as easy to make the mistake

I can see no confusion...no confusion at all....

...as confusing as two different 4H's or two different routings on the 124 for instance!

I would hope so, 3 buses an hour on Sundays between Oldbury & Birmingham seems a bit overkill. There will be 5 buses an hour between Blackheath & Oldbury via Lion Farm - Monday to Saturdays

Are the 89/289 through Lion Farm any busy?

I presume the 48A is a new service.... any idea where this will be going?
Also, what are the changes with the x64 as this already goes via the hospital..... i kind of hope that's changing and it won't serve it anymore.

Going the same route as the 98 into city via bath row etc instead of getting back on bristol Rd or what ever it currently does

Sandwell changes for late April have been posted:
http://nxbus.co.uk/west-midlands/information/service-changes/west-bromwich-bearwood-oldbury-black-consultation-changes-23rd-april-2016

While I disagree with the changes for the 89 - basically joining up two routes together, while making links (Uplands to West Bromwich, Brasshouse Lane to Cape Hill), a less attractive proposition. I would expect the 89 to see the Omnilinks that the withdrawal of the 50A/C will free up. With the 89 serving Kenrick Park, I would at the very least expect an hourly evening/Sunday service, if Kenrick Park wasn't served, I'd expect to see the re-introduction of the 89E between Blue Gates & Birmingham for evenings and Sundays

At least St Paul's Road will still be served by the 48A, I feel like there should be a bus stop between Holly Lodge & the first one on St Paul's Rd maintaining some form of service between Londonderry and Smethwick Galton Bridge. I would have expected the 48A join up with the 48 after serving George Road, you might as well lose the 'A/C' suffixes and call it the 50, it's a very different route to the original 48.

The Sunday daytime service between Oldbury & Birmingham on the 120 is to be increased to every 20 minutes, which leads me to believe there will be an hourly 120 & 120A, and an hourly 120E between Oldbury and Birmingham.

Surprised to see the 48A will run via Abbey Road. Does that stretch warrant 8 buses an hour when lightwood hill and Norman road are seeing their service cut? Glad to see the 48A will now taken in St Pauls Road.

From experience, it really doesn't. 6 buses an hour on that stretch is more than efficient. Has had it for years with the 128, 258, then 127/128, now 127/128/129. The Warley area has been really well treated over the past couple of years in regards to service changes. The link between Bristnall Fields, Salop and Queens Head must be really vital because it's been maintained throughout all of the chopping and changing

Why has the 99's withdrawal/X64 changes not been mentioned?

Presumably because neither of those serve West Bromwich, Bearwood, Oldbury or Blackheath?

I know that, but they're being made at the same time, despite the fact that the they're nothing to do with these areas.

Looks like it's a no starter the X51 going through the tunnels at Lancaster Circus, I was looking forward to the new route, but more people where against it
