I've been told by a driver friend of mine that the 80/80A and the 89 will be allocated double decks with the 120A to be Omnilink allocated.

Interesting. Thank you for the information. Excited to see the allocations now, still not keen on some of the changes

Lol, it's just the doors/interlock system that I find irritating. If the doors are near enough closed and you begin to accelerate, they often open again, which I found annoying as that didn't happen on the Plaxtons.

The Scanias are quite nippy though, as you'll know.

A lot of bus flags haven't been updated either. Particularly on the 50 route

Same on the 99 route. Some have been changed but a lot haven't. Some show the 99 on the flag but have the 244 timetable. Others show the 244 on the flag but the timetables are still to be updated.

The 99 was showing up on the live arrival times too, and the X64 still says Limited Stop

Adam 404

Buses have been displaying 3E to Yardley Wood rather than 3, probably as someone hasn't updated the displays..

A couple of minor changes which appear to not have been publicised as much as the larger changes from yesterday, but noticed that between the QE Hospital and Gibbons Lane the 48 runs direct via Aston Webb Boulevard and no longer serves Harborne Lane and Metchley Lane.

Also, unlike the 99, the 244 does not run the full length of Metchley Lane and turn around at the roundabout to connect with the 11.

Strange that. I wonder whether anything will replace the 48 along the Metchley Lane.
