I must say that NXWM are working really hard on refurbing/repainting buses at the moment tho they do need to.

As you say Peter NXWM do a FANTASTIC Job Refurbishing and Repainting the Buses it's a shame when the weather hits them :)

Firstly, well done to NXWM. The past few weeks have seen a lot of repaints and refurbishments. Firstly, whats up with 4063 as it seems to have had new front lights and repaint at front but the rest hasn't.? Secondly, are all repaints such as 4261, 4584 and 4338 receiving interior refurbishment. If so, to which style. 4686 looks incredibly smart-the smartest bus in the West Midlands for a long time and I will have to go on the X51 soon to sample it. What interior does it have and has it been internally refurbished?

All repaints for the last year or so have had a retrim. 4485 looks very smart with grey spot seats when I checked it on the 101 today. A couple of buses in the last month have still had the dark blue trim including WN 45xx Tridents. 4686 hasn't been repainted since the new trim rule so still retains its original 997 interior, although it is still quite smart

A few weeks ago I complained about the state of the ex 33 Geminis...if 4485 is an example of how they are going to be looking in a couple of months then fair play to the refurb team....these refurbs are looking so much better in the last few weeks than what they were turning out even as recently as a couple of months ago.

I would think 4686 still has the 997 seating as they didnt look too bad last time i was on one, they werent that worn out and is quite a smart seating style

I would like to see 4635-4679 refurbished. If the remaining 45** Geminis stay at AG, they could do with the same treatment and Front LEDs, although I can't see them hanging around. 4532 on the 1 today. Rare because it's a first generation (part of first order) Gemini, although the 1 literally sees every type of bus at AG working it.

The transfers of the gemini's to WB seem to have stopped at the current time but im sure the rest of the 45xx gemini's at AG will make there way over to WB in return for presidents

I too am liking the new spot seat refurbs and NXWM are doing a good job with the latest refurbs. However I think on the Tridents they should have totally new seats like the ones on the Enviros or would be asking too much

They are the same seats? Just a darker blue used on the plastic?

Also are the plastics on the pb refurbed gems with grey seats still blue or grey?

Still blue on 4493 so im guessing blue on the rest.

Saw 4025 and 4377 in town today, looking amazing...really vibrant and polished red and the far better off white, applied brilliantly...if only they'd started with these earlier.
