I'm flying out from Birmingham Aiport on Sunday afternoon, and returning a week later, at approx 1am Monday morning.

I'm curious to know why there are 900A journeys between City Centre and Coventry via the Airport during the night, but no return journeys during that time?

I just find it bizarre that to get back home to South Yardley from the airport, I have to get a 97A to Birmingham city centre, and then get the 900A!
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

You are obviously really unlucky to have a flight that just misses the 00:54 from the Airport to Yardley

I'm lucky that I'm travelling with my parents, and they have booked a taxi to take them back to Oldbury, so I'll just hitch a ride with them to the Swan  ;)

Thanks, I will really appreciate a 40 minute walk from Stechford to South Yardley in the middle of the night  ;D

Occasional Tridents on the 22/23 aren't that unusual but today 4157, 4617 and 4633 are all on there, along with B7RLE 2136. Certainly not your usual allocations.
