No, don't think one has. It would of been unsuitable because of the low trees wouldn't it? Ones been on the X64 tough.
So is it possible to get a decker through the route in Edgbaston now, were the low trees are?

There was a photo of it a while back. I had it saved on my computer but I can't seem to find it now..

Even if it weren't, deckers has appeared on the 98, albeit E journeys. See here:

I drive down Wheeleys Road most days and the trees are really mature and quite low. I wasn't aware of them having been cut back, but couldn't be sure. You'd have to be careful taking a decker along there if they hadn't been. Very rare working indeed.
