1408 and 1450 visited Perry Barr sometime ago. Have they returned to YW? I don't see the 27 very often so have not had a chance to check.

One didn't stay, just took the driver of the other back. The one that stayed had a couple of panels replaced. I didn't see it when I was last in PB, so I am pretty sure it is back

There was a lot of Enviro400s parked up today, At least 6 ex-Perry Barr ones scattered around, some on the pits and others parked up. Also at least 6 native ones, both branded and unbranded. 4799 was also parked up as well

In the canteen were pictures of 4158s accident, I do remember this one been mentioned. And 4148 was also de-roofed in a similar manner to 4234, on a tree while running rail replacement (this was obviously a few years ago now)

That explains why YW seem to be very short on deckers this week, 2 single 49s yesterday, at least 2 omnilinks on 2/3 today (not very unusual but still).

4799 was on the 76E this morning; rode it and then it went onto the 863 route. So it was in service just on a earlier board. And has my first toothpaste, 4728, on the 76E on Thursday; excellent buses and in very good condition. Final note is that 1924 has new wheel covers as they are pure silver!

Yeah 4799 was my 35 this morning so it's ok, 4718,4719,4725,4732 and 4799 all on 35 today so there are a few out today, still a trident on the 50 though.

The toothpaste Enviros are nice but for the noise from the front destination box covers.

Hope these get upgraded with the later style of fixings

4718 which I had this week has no rattles what so ever, one of the best enviro 400s I've had. I can see why one user is named after it. Frankly I rather they sorted out the Trident front box destination covers; absolutely useless.

tbh 4718 and 4719 are the 2 ex PB Enviros I have seen that seem to be consistently out everyday.

4718 was on the 6 yesterday spotted it in Solihull Town Centre while renewing my bus pass :) still seem strange seeing Toothpaste Enviros in Solihull

Hmm, I think I am getting my numbers mixed up. It can be difficult recording everything I see by memory! I definitely saw a Trident on the 35, it may have been 4335? But can't remember.
