That's good for the Spectras. What will the Trident's be replacing at Central I wonder. Would be nice for Yardley Wood to get some 45/6** Trident's, but I'm guessing they might get the remaining 41/2**'s.

Which tridents are going? The older 2001-2002 ones or some of the transbus tridents

I would think all of the Dennis Trident's would go and some of the Transbus. To keep in line with block allocations. And to get rid off all of the Dennis Trident's from Wolverhampton.

Will WN be loosing the full 21 Tridents or say 16 & withdrawal the last 5 Excels?

Pensnett will need at least another 5 x Enviro 400's from another source (PB has been suggested) as YW only has the 25 Enviros. YW are definitely getting the better end of the deal, YW's Enviro were some of the first/the first in NX livery and are now looking very pink, no doubt the interiors have took a beating spending their life on the 50. NXWM need to refresh these before putting them on the 9 / 141, otherwise passengers will see a big drop in the quality of the vehicles provided

So what is going on the 126 then spectras can't b7's would be stupid and kill the route unless that is what NXWM want and split the 126 (eg Wolves-Dudley and Brum-Dudley 2 separate depots) the 79 is decker operated the spectras cannot cover both the 79 and the 59 and single decks are not sufficent and the reliablity is questionable of the spectras no matter how good they look.

I think it will be 04/54 plate Tridents, as I posted in another thread BC have a large concentration of 65 Y-reg Tridents as it is, which are now 12/13 years old & make up 30% of its fleet as it is. The double decker fleet at BC needs to be modernized & distributed more evenly around the various Trident depots

Yes, but WN have 75 53/04/54 plate Transbus Tridents, even if they were to lose the full 21, they'd still have 54 remaining, which is still more than BC will have

We've got 74 tridents and loosing a maximum of 21 so I think we might be able to find some tridents for the 126!

Saying that the 46** tridents can go to BC and join the rest if the 46** batch

4599-4605 are going to be branded for the 529 so doubt it will be them. But how things change so quickly!
