Shame that 1463 is going, I've never seen it.
Would have been better to withdraw another B6LE, to give increased capacity to maybe route 69, which really needs it.
It even has LED blinds, but I guess it was because it was in toothpaste livery, with all of the others being in NXWM livery.
Maybe the blinds can go to one of the V reg 0405Ns, which could see service for another year or two yet.

I went on 658 last week, mind you 669 and 673 are in better nick than that and 1463

Tony,

638 BC to AG
2122 BC to AG
2153 WN to AG

Are these permanent changes, or were they just temporary loans? It just seems strange to me that AG would suddenly gain just 1 B6LE, after they were all withdrawn from there last year.
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

The B6 is only temporary, will head to WN soon, not sure about the Eclipse.

All of AGs Geminis are currently having safety checks on their rear axles so AG is currently short of buses

Coventry last a Mercedes due to a serious fatal accident in Coventry, Looks like replacement will be 1634 from West Bromwich

Thanks for the info Tony, would explain some of the 'unusual' workings seen recently (Omnilinks and Urban 2s on the 11A/C & 31/A and the odd President on the 37!)

Another Merc bites the dust...

At this rate NXWM will have to start prepping some decent buses from the withdrawn/reserve fleet. As they really don't seem to have many 'spare' buses lying around.

I suppose taking 1634 is a good choice as they already have 1635/6 but it's one of West Brom's few refurbished merc's :( should of taken 1599/1601/1607 back to Coventry there original home.
