There was a 666 but spent its whole life at West Bromwich, the bus was also previously numbered 166 for a while. it may have been a loan at Walsall at one time though. There used to be a low floor volvo N101HGO which spent most of its time on the 999 to the Manor Hospital but im sure this used to have the fleet number 100 or 101 or something like that.

Discodave

yes it was blue as fleet number 100 also had a powered ramp great did not have to get out of cab

Gareth

Here is 666 withdrawn at Miller Street. Not the best quality though.

they are withdrawing 706 and 707 so i guess they'll keep 684,687,693,708,711. Saw 296 and 281 still in service today.

Will the digi-blinds from 281 go to another bus?

Eric Shaw

4147 on the97A this evening, only 4092 to move now.

Ash

4092 is now at YW from WB.

If the idea is to reduce the number of vehicle types then another five B6LE's would ideally go to WN, but as with NXWM logic, we'll see

Park Lane's Latest Cast Off Arrivals This Time Whilst Birmingham Central Get Brand New Enviro 200's Wolves Get Their Clapped Out Volvo B6LE 634/39/40 Wright Crusaders. I Pursume More To Come to Replace Remaining Excell's and Maybe Merc's Or Solo's A Notice Has Been Put Out Advising Of Route Alterations To The 62/62A And Drivers To Be Typed On Volvo B6. I Persume Therefore They Are To Be Used On These Routes. As These Could Also Be Used On The 28 And With One Recent Solo Accident Victim Another In Long Term Rehab And another Lying In Bits In The Yard Could This Be The End Of Solo Operation In Wolverhampton??
