At WB, they will likely, and probably rather obviously, go on current B6 routes, which are primarily the 428/429 and occasionally the 405. The 444 and 447 are obviously being binned so they won't be getting anything. They may sneak them onto the 410 and 406 every now and then too as they do with B6's right now. Anybody give a rough estimate of the PVR for the 428/429 and 405? That will likely give you the number of Envrio's WB will get.

Ash

I believe the PVR for the 428/9 is 6 and for the 405 i think its 6 aswell. Meaning 12 enviro200's would be needed.

405/406 are too busy for Enviro200's

The 405/6 seem to have gone back to mainly b6le operation with only a couple of mercs on now so i would think enviro 200's could deal with the capacity of the services. With the mercs off the 405/6 seem to be appearing on the 451 and the soho road services.

405/45 is 7

Ok thanks truth, the PVR must have increased because when the 405 originally got transferred to Walsall b6le's 634-639 went with it but with changes to timetables etc it must have increased, is the daytime 405 still interworked with the 406 becuase havent some them change blinds for the different services for ages normally now a 405 arrives and leaves as the same service.

No, the daytime service aren't interworked now. Haven't seen the evening service for a while but it looking at the timetable it looks interworked both before and after the changes. Londonderry extension is only in the daytime so it can still do this.

Its still interworked in the evening the 405 came in at 20:35 last friday night and left as a 406 10 minutes late should have left at 20:30.

Doubt it, they don't appear to have an NX interior, plus they should be being delivered from ADL in fleet livery. More than likely they dealer stock

It is most unusual for NX not to register their buses with 'bx nn xxx' registrations

Any idea of when the new buses arrive, I'm guessing next month sometime.

Are BX platesreserved for public services etc? I notice BX plates are almost always on police cars and is  a good giveaway to an unmarked police car!

Also those enviros have silver light surrounds, i think NXWM go for as cheap as possible and skimp on the extras

No, normal cars have BX plates as well. But yeah it is a good way to identify an undercover police car lol.

Just guessing these maybe dealer stock or demos there are 3 buses and the midis will go to 3 garages with if all drivers are typed 1000 ish staff so maybe they are to be loaned for that purpose?

Interesting to find out what the ticket in the window of YN62 AOV reads tho; besides a and F in a oval I'm sure that may give a wee clue but I'll not hold my breathe tho.

Unless they are for first and they are going down the rainbow bars route.................
Midland Red West, one of the best Companies to serve Redditch, with some of the best buses.
