9 is Trident land today, just rode 4202 on a 9E, also seen 4196 and 4198 on there, and apparently 4195 is also on

Was in S'Bridge for nearly 2hours today, and most the Trident were on 246, except 4198 which shot in the station on the 9 and straight back out

Which buses did you see on the 246?

Merc - 1646
Enviro - 4808, 4806, 4820,
Tridents - 4197, 4199, 4194, 4200, 4195

That leaves 4193, 4196 4202 - UN-accounted for as I didn't see them

And 4198 and 4201. 4198 is on 9 along with 4196 and 4202 (should be on 140 now)

So 4193 and 4201 unaccounted for

4198 was on the 9 all day I think.

Will Probally see 4202 when I head back into town later  :)

I think I missed 4193 on the 246 actually but not certain on that

Well you have reported all 10 buses on the 246 so I doubt it.

You won't see 4202 as it should be around Bearwood on a 140 to Dudley by now, then will go back to garage from Dudley

must have been the 257 then

Well I might see it tomorrow then if it wants to come into Town  :)

Why would 4193 be on the 257? As the 257 is operated by Wolverhampton, that would be rare...

::) I worded that wrong

Yes WN is operates the 257 using Tridents, so the trident I seen leaving must have been on the 246, was having a wild guess it was 4193 as I was saying to my freind when I leave one of the Tridents I haven't got will leave, and I come out the shop and a trident was leaving Stourbridge

Next time look out for the TV screen (clearly visible upstairs at the front) as 53-plate Tridents onwards have it, an easy way of distinguishing between PN and WN Tridents

I did post this just yesterday, but oh well.

The most likely routes to find a Trident on are obviously the 246 and 9. They can also be found sometimes on the 9E/140 peaks and 141. They have also so far appeared on the X96, 222, 241, 243, 244 and 276.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

I don't think the boards do, but the first bus for the morning 141 peak then does the evening 140/241 peak, so often a PE bus will appear on all 3 routes

Thats why the 141 usually has a B7RLE. Presumably 2154 today as that is the bus on the afternoon board on the 140/241.

Yes as I told you earlier 2154 is today's peak/evening 140/241 bus. However this board is sometimes an Enviro400 (or 4195 the other day!) hence why you don't always get a B7RLE on the 141 in the morning
