Can anyone confirm 582's whereabouts as the idea that it was a WN B6 is probably highly likely and there were a few people on board so the trip might have been to collect 582

Well i haven't seen 581 today so possibly could have been that. Did it have only transitional logos or just on the back window? If so its 581

its highly possible as with it being V Festival this weekend, WN will need every spare bus possible.

No doubt single deckers will appear on the 1,59,79,529 etc like last year. Let me just say watch the Unusual Workings thread as there is bound to be some odd workings

To be honest single deckers regularly appear on the 59, 79 & 529 anyway!

Would love to see something crazy like a Merc on the 126 (was going to say an Excel on the 126, but... :()

Or a Hybrid on the 62 will happen then :D

A nice bit of positive news.

How's it being driven? I only presume you're riding it not just a spot? Either way.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

Only spotted it sadly, was one of the 4 buses doing evening 9s, alongside 4823, 4801 (the one I was on) and 4195.

Assume it'll be out again today so will try and catch it.

4800 is also back recently so looks like all 29 Enviros are in action again.

1554 on 243/4 today, nice break from the endless plastics

Put it in this thread rather than the unusual workings thread to avoid being slated by those who don't think it's unusual.

BU07 LGO

Seen a PN B7RLE in town last night on the 120 and the rear advert had slid sideways out of the frame completely blocking the nearside rear lights! Could be quite dangerous with no higher level indicators on the newer B7RLE's

Did you see the fleetnumber? Or what the advert was for?

I bet it was that Bhakti Bhog advert, which is written in Punjabi or something, which I'm against as it eliminates English nationals as a customer base. Racism.

Most of the B7s are out on Sundays operating all of PN's single decker routes but I don't remember seeing a slipped advert today. Will keep an eye out tomorrow when they should all be out. It should be fixed by then though

Stuharris 6360

Does anyone have any news on 582?
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).
