4535 currently at garage.

Do you mean 4535 or 4135?

4535 Matt, looks like it receiving attention?

I was thinking possibly a few of WN's Tridents could transfer to PN, swapping with the rest of PN's B6s moving to WN. This would reduce the amount of Tridents on routes like the 25/A, 27/A and 28 for which B6s are more suitable, and would ensure the 246 is fully double decker operated with spare Tridents onto the 140/241 where they are desperately needed.

Exactly Matt, i wonder.

Strange the b6S have not been put on the car park after they are taken out of service
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

I hope not. There was a B6LE on the 255 today.

I'd take 2095 over 1642 anyday

Each to their own.  I say 'respect' to anyone with the ability to wring an ounce of character worth enjoying from a 2XXX; I simply can't see it.
Don't you start.

I'd take most Mercs over a B7RLE but 1642 is just a bad one ;)

The thing is though, the other day I was waiting for the 241 at Dudley, it pulled up but someone asked me something and I forgot to look at the fleetnumber. However, as soon as it pulled off and picked up speed, I could tell it was 2098, because of the growl it makes. When I got off, surprise surprise, it was 2098 :)

there is a trident on the 1302 276 from dudley, it's 4198.

Think that one's going out of service :( so no Trident on the 244 tonight unless another is on there (Trainbasher reported 4189? Unless the 9 and 8 were the wrong way round)

Be interesting if 4535 is still at PE tomorrow, it is the first in WN fleet of BL53 Tridents, so if they are going to transfer any, they would probably transfer the oldest. The engineers seemed to be looking it over and its height, thought it was just because it needed some work done, so who knows.

Just glad they won't be sending 4609, Nathan would be furious!!!!

It was definitely 4198 as i followed it into Merry Hill at 13:25 unless there were 2 Tridents on there. Haven't heard of 4189 moving unless i have missed something.

the trainbasher

I'm going on what my brother told me by text whilst I was at work so I could have been 4198.

That's what I thought - is 4192 the lowest fleetnumber of transferred Tridents (except 4135)?

Ashley 4569

The passenger loads on the 25/27/27 need mercs at best, B6s cant really be used on the 27 especially not in this weather as theyll just heat up like ovens due to the hilly terrain, some journeys on the 25 are rather busy. So hopefully 4535 will be back home

1645 was on the 297 today, got a piccy :D

4193 is the lowest number so far matt

That's the WN B6s Ashley, the Pensnett ones will cope just fine (except 502 and 508, but I think they'll be withdrawn)

Yes, haven't seen 4192 yet?

Also spotted 1645 today, although it seemed to be struggling again. Would have thought that PE would have taken it out of service by now, as over the last month, seems to have spent more time at PE than on the road.

I know what you mean, the PE ones are better and they coped just fine when PE ran the 27 well when it was the 541 but they scraped the bottom of the B6 barrel when they let us have some (except 639)

Stuharris 6360

If anyone wants a "blast from the past", pop to PE and on the car park you will see 1644 (fire damaged although it must move under it's own power), surrounded by a B10b (1346) and a B10L.
