Was about to say something similar, in B'ham City centre they look pretty shabby and past it, but stick the same bus in Dudley Bus station and it looks pretty smart!

4201 still at BC on Bristol Road today, and 4218 on the 90 if these are to transfer

Think the tridents will be kept in the garage on Sundays with the 246 being fully E400 operated

My gut feeling is that the Tridents are to take over the 246 so that talking bus equipment can be fitted tO them.

therefore in the future i would expect Tridents to be used on Sundays
