Will Pensnet even have enough buses to put on there as 11 is coming to pensnet and pensnet is losing all 12s and 13s

Yes, because it's my job to make sure every garage has the vehicles it needs

That's correct. The 251 is being removed as part of the route is covered by NX 8. The rest will become the 25 following the current 250 route to Merry Hill and then the 11/11A route to Dudley.  A 30 min frequency will operate.

At the risk of going off topic, scrapping parts of the 251 route (Ie Norton, Leys Road) in favour of the 250 route every 30 minutes is a bad choice (especially as the 250 section between Wollaston and Stourbridge is also covered by the 8).

Buses will move along with any routes that are moving.

The will be plenty of spare buses post 3/1/23 changes to move about.

Lunchtime walk around Pensnett Trading Estate and happened across the raised view of the withdrawn/reserve fleet at PN.
Autofare 3 - the ticket that laughs in the face of contactless!

It certainly is! The photo doesn't do it justice - That was just a snapshot (pardon the pun) of the first half of the yard looking towards the main garage and staff car park. There's easily anoth half you can't see to the right because of trees of mainly Scania Omnis, a few Tridents and 1432 penned in at the back!

I've seen more of the bottom end of the yard where all the Scania's are, as you can drive past & follow the perimeter fence up until the front of the 2 NXC ALX 400's in your picture, that spot seems to be a good vantage point to see the rest of the reserve fleet.

Five of the doubles have been sold to MC Tractors, so will hopefully be going very soon to give us a bit more space. All the other doubles will be sold in January.  4301 has an agreed purchase for preservation so should leave once payment is received, hopefully early February. All the other double decks apart from the Metrobus will be sold in January, but probably not collected until Feb/March

Is there much more to join once space permits/other stuff stored off site?

There's still another 87 x E400 EV's to enter service at NXC to allow older buses to be withdrawn directly / via cascades

Reminds of Park Lane garage in 1986/7 which was used as a vehicle store until Cleveland Road closed.

Just how bad are the driver shortages at PN?
