It was on the 9 all day Thursday from 08:00 until Midnight.

Today it is on the 9 until 19:30

Followed 823 down Cradley Heath High Street around 18:15 tonight, turned left into Graingers Lane so I presumed it was on the 243, however blinds were displaying NOT IN SERVICE??

What on earth has happened to the Dudley bus review? Is it still on. Almost a year since the original consultations? Will be second half of 2016 if anything happens now I reckon.
