@Nathan Normally if an E200 isn't available, they tend to use a Trident or MMC because B7RLEs have trrouble negotiating some of the roads, so a B7RLE is sort of noteworthy.

So the several thousand pound spent on new panels, and the spray booth at Walsall that does every bus to the same quality have produced a bus with nothing noticeably wrong, but looks a bit of a bodge job - Starange
