Whats the PVR for the 9 because if its less than 22, i will look forward to seeing the new e400 stray onto other routes

Isn't the PVR of the 9, 19 or 20, so a couple of spare buses for maintenance etc:

There is a PVR of 21 that go out of a morning.

Only having one spare is a little tight, chances are standard liveried buses will appear on the 9 on occasions

9/01 to 9/22 and 205/02 I think

So thats 22 boards for 22 buses, very tight indeed.

Mind you, it's only the pm part of the 205 board that does the 9, so a Trident could operate it am and then an Enviro pm.

A slight correction to my original post that caused this mass of posts on here. The Business brief actually says the 48xx off the 9 route are transferring to Perry Barr for the 16 & 101. Only 22 including 4828/9 already there are transferring to PB. 7 are not going to PB

The actual source is the Directors' Business Brief which is issued to staff each Friday which is presumably where 979 saw it when he first posted it on here

Yes, the Directors confirmed today that the first new buses to arrive this year would be 22 Enviro 400MMCs for Pensnett and the 9 starting at the end of February.
All the remaining 48xx will be moving to Perry Barr for the 16 & 101

More new buses for a route serving west Birmingham? Monkeyjoe will be pleased.
