A slight correction to my original post that caused this mass of posts on here. The Business brief actually says the 48xx off the 9 route are transferring to Perry Barr for the 16 & 101. Only 22 including 4828/9 already there are transferring to PB. 7 are not going to PB
Ah, I see! Maybe they still need buses for other routes.

Or maybe they're going somewhere else? (it only says they're not going to PB). Just a thought.

Am sure Tony's post has changed since i saw it last night, I thought it said remaining 5 Enviros staying at Pensnett for the moment?

So I'm guessing pe will keep 4800-4807

4800 - 4804 i would have thought, they are gaining 22 new buses and losing 4805 - 4827 in my humble opinion! Remember 823 & 4190 replaced 4828/9.
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

That's 8 buses. It would be 4800-06

Wonder if that means the 94 will not just get cast offs later this year then. Will see lol.

Just like to see my local route gets decent representation, i might actually use it today going to a party and on an economy drive, shame the Claras don't run at night lol.

I don't think the post has changed, I think I've just interpreted it (maybe incorrectly) as 7 not going to PB meaning they could go elsewhere. It could equally mean they are staying put.

Trident 4194

4190 and 4353 on 141 along with 4809, 4804 and 4801

But having said this, if 7 of them do stay, I'd imagine 4817 being one of them. Sure, it'll leave a gap in the fleet, but it has been named after someone who is very keen of the particular bus - Edward Littlehales. Even though NX says that the name will remain on for the lifetime of the bus.

You don't have to duplicate posts on many threads, and 4202 was reported by Chris earlier on

Is there nothing more modern that can be used on 276 on a Sunday!

Unlike 4812 on the 9 at least it starts!

I say its 5 that will be left, remember that 4828/9 have gone and been replaced. so Current fleet is 4800 - 4827, of which 22 will be going to PB, leaving 5.

Here's tatty 4812 that failed to start this afternoon.

4811 that I caught on the following journey had a window vent that rattled loudly for the whole journey to Birmingham.

Good luck for the future Perry Barr..

Stu, Tony's post clearly says 22 to PB including 4828/9, 7 not going to PB
