At Merry Hill the amount of people getting confused with the X96 thinking that the Wollaston Farm bound bus goes through dudley because the side destination window say Wollaston Farm via Dudley. Is there any way of PN changing that the side destination window says Wollaston Farm via Stourbridge? I know when theres tridents on the route its say Wollaston Farm via Merry Hill

The X96 has been around for 7 years nearly, peoples confusion comes from their obvious lack of common sense

I dunno man, it's not just some mindless idiot passengers, last weekend I caught an X96 to Stourbridge and the driver started heading out towards Dudley, she had to do a u-turn at the first roundabout

Services need to be designed to accomodate the needs of the customer, i.e they have no common sense. Unless have an interest in buses they gneerally won't. Same applies to most services and products if businesses want to prosper, most times you need to spoon feed people.

Tony, do you know why 4135 was on two routes today. It was on the 10:38 241 to merry hill, but then this afternoon about 15:00 it was on the 289.
