In other news i passed a B7RLE going through Old Hill just before 14:15 with some drivers aboard. I presume this is route training for the 20th July changes

Can I just clarify - PE does operate the 53 doesn't it? The NX website is saying WB operate it? Although it does also say the 55 is operated by BC!

All 53 trips (And Mon-Sat 289's) are operated by PE. WB/PE used to jointly operate the 53/289

Does anyone think that PE will gain Scanias within the next 5-10 years? Because other garages are likely to get new buses and replace the Omnilinks and they will be cascaded around?? Apparently 1788-1802 were rumoured to be transferring to PE in 2012 after the Olympics but the plan changed?

Unlikely now, it will be either further B7RLE's or E200's to keep the fleet standard.
