22 is increasing to every 30 minutes throughout the day. Don't know when though. New timetables were on the 22's today.

Its always been 30 minutes

Nope, it's been hourly from 10-2ish during the day

I must have been seeing things then....

Timetable on Network West Midland now shows it as 30 minute frequency during the day?
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

The timetable in Merry Hill bus station showed hourly between 10 and 2, but the timetables on the bus, 111, showed every 30 mins today.

The timetable at my stop says hourly during the day. The last I heard it was set to stay that way.  Unless Centro have made an error with the timetable, but I can't see TGB being allowed to adjust the frequency so quickly. Although I wouldn't put it past Centro, they have somehow managed to put timetables for both directions on one of my bus stops, and nothing on the other one.

Can I ask, when did you travel on 111 Eric?

The timetable on the greenbus website also shows 30 minutes during the day, as it has done the rest of this week

I'm surprised they'd be allowed to change their mind at such short notice

Hi Matt,
Ithink it was 12.54 from Merry Hill, I went through to thr Town Hall on it. The timing seemed very tight.

Ahh right, I was on 111, but the 17:24 from MH & back. I think the timetable is just right, other than too much time between Harborne & the Town Hall.

Quality right there, nobody knew about the service beforehand and now it's launched, nobody knows how often it is supposed to run and everyone gives the public contradicting timetables... :/

Eric Shaw

Sorry Matt,
111 must have been the 1354 from Merry Hill. I got into the City Centre in time to call in Ian Allan's and catch the 1538 No 59.

I rode 115 om the 09:54 from Merry Hill to City today, very fast Trident arriving at Town Hall at 10:43. Sadly not many passengers between Merry Hill & Bartley Green, although did get half a bus full past Bartley Green.

The Green Bus timetable to me says that it is every hour, although i did seem to see them regularly so who knows. Would have thought VOSA would have had to approve a timetable change?

111 swapped boards during the day, so could have been anywhere for all I know

102 was also on a daytime 22 today strangely, although I think it was removed with a defect

Are you suggesting the 30 minute daytime timetable that is being operated hasn't been authorized by the traffic commissioner yet Matt ?

I'm not suggesting anything, I'm just confused by the sudden change.
