@Tony Will there be just the one 'vintage' bus then, the open top Olympian, or have you managed to source another vehicle to use? I'd rather not turn up in Kings Heath for it and then have to wait an extra hour if just the one bus is running.

I am just waiting a response on a Bristol VR

Thanks for the quick response. It seems like my best plan is to get off the regular 11A in Kings Heath then, and then hop on another 11A as a worst case scenario.

Aston Manor's South Staffs livery 4714 or the blue & cream 4613(I think?)?

(I've seen them both !)

4613 JOV613P is a Fleetline.

Is there a pair of Bristols then? I'm aware of 4714 but not the other.

There's  3 preserved WMPTE VRs

Is it 4413 I'm thinking of then?

What's the 3rd one then?

Did NX manage to get a second vehicle to run the service? The article on the website still shows the timetable for two buses running, so I'd presume so?

Within the space of 5 minutes, there has been a crash outside the Depot and then a breakdown blocking the junction. Fun times.

I'd been & gone by then.

Typical.

I had gone 10 ten minutes before this happened. Only stayed for about 20 minutes as I went to go and have a trip on DTS.

Saw it & got a photo too around 2ish parked on the forecourt before going out. I was going to have a trip on her but wasn't sure of the departure time. Plus we had to get back too

Saw the open top at Stechford Island heading to the Fox on my way to AG

I would've been on board at that point, I went from AG down to Kings Heath, up to the Fox and then back all the way to Kings Heath, and now it's off home ready for the Potteries event tomorrow!

Did the 10:00 operate.
Nothing turned up at 10:00, but when I got on 4661 and when it got to the bottom of Stechford Lane, I saw you and a few other drivers taking 733  up Stechford Road toward Buckland End, between about 10:05 - 10:10.
Was it 733?
