I went on 6847 earlier on the X2 to Solihull and I noticed that the internal X1 route map hasn't been updated,
it still shows the following connections can be made.
Yardley, Swan:
58 59 60 Small Heath.
59 Lea Hall and Kingshurst.
Sheldon Wheatsheaf:
71 72 Garretts Green.
71 72 Solihull Ice Rink.
Birmingham Airport:
966 Chelmsley and Erdington.
966 Damsonwood and Solihull.
It also still shows only half the journeys on the X1 go to Coventry (with a 15 minute frequency as far as Birmingham Airport and a 30 minute frequency to Coventry).
Despite this changing on the 4th June 2017 and all journeys now go to Coventry at a 20 minute frequency.
Will the Coventry Road platinums have there internal route maps updated at some point?

The X2 maps have never been updated either.

I would imagine they will be done along with the new Platinum routes at BC, probably makes economic sense to do them as part of a single print run.
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

6867 is now 23/24 Harborne branded - this one has 'catch up with free Wifi' rather than the 'charge into city' I've seen on the others. Must say the black lower saloon window / stairs detailing they're applying to these looks smart.

6864 also Harborne branded.

Once the X64 and 98 go are the single deckers going from BC?

@Tony said they are staying at BC @B.C Driver and also said there will only be transfers at AG, PB, YW and WN.

So single deckers will appear on busy non single deck routes like the 63, 97 etc :(

Remember that the Summer Timetables come in on 22/7 as well, so garages will have a lot more spare buses

Maybe the B7RLEs will act as Paint Float vehicles for other garages over the summer?

4630 now has a front LED display fitted, on the PR today.

6868, 6869 and 6870 now 23/24 branded, 6862 has the black lower saloon window / stairs surrounds but not branded yet.

New next stop announcements on BC Platinums today - on 6866 at least, the voice of Phil Upton is no more. Each stop is repeated numerous times which can get a bit monotonous.

Will that be necessary as per the point Tony mentions prior to your post, with Summer timetables coming into effect, garages will have more spare buses so I would surmise paint floats aren't really required.
