Absolutely rammed 29 skipping the Five Ways stop full of people waiting to get on...

Followed by a crammed 24 Hybrid doing the same.
Local Routes: 002, 39/39A, X21, 46, 76.
Localish Routes: 18, 23, X22.

What's up at Colmore Circus? There's a convoy of Platinums and a Hybrid (5516) parked up 'Not in Service'. So much so that there was no space at all in the layby; 6856 had to park on the Police HQ's doorstep, and another was parked up at the 16/74 bus stop not too further down.

In order, it was
(UID MMC at Priory Queensway), 6870, 6876, 5516, 6877, 6866, 6856

Also, every outbound 22/23/29 that I've seen today has been terminating at Barnes Hill

EDIT: just read the Snow thread. That explains it. Also, in regards to the 24, I've seen a few display Woodgate Valley, so I assume it's running the full route? 4444 did display 24E

Nothing is up at Colmore Circus, problem will be drivers needing to take legal breaks after beeing stuck on icy road earlier

Ah, so I see. Thanks for the reply. Mind you, got some good photos of the buses there; did look a tad hectic, though.

For instance 6866 is 1h51m late there!

I see a few of the Hybrids have moved over onto the 63 today, will they be route branded as such eventually?

Maybe once they've been Crimsoned. I'll imagine they'll have 'next stop' announcements as well.

@MasterPlan considering these new Platinums are for the 22/23/24/29 services, how is this noteworthy or unusual?

11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley

Not to mention, don't the 24/9 have a varied allocation so BC can effectively send anything on them.

I would have thought they would start to debrand the Hybrinds. Plenty on the 63 showing 'Harborne - Edgbaston - Five Ways'

Thankyou. Not noteworthy at all.
