Does it? The last time I boarded a 29 on a Sunday into the city centre it didn't change to a 24

Yes 24 & 29 have interworked for ages on Sundays. Normally Hybrids on Sundays supplemented by odd Enviro 400s

I saw a 487* on the 24 change onto a 29E last night (Municipal Offices); I guess that answers that question :P

The 23:00 and 23:30 only go to Northfield, yes.
Looking at the timetable, yes they interwork with the 24 as well.
The bus on the 24 arrives in the City Centre at 22:59 and 23:29 and the bus leaves 23:00 and 23:30 on the 29.
Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

Just because a bus is branded for a certain thing doesn't mean it runs on the routes that in this case go to Cadbury World it's up to the garage which route they put it on. Another example say a WA Trident was branded for Sainsbury doesn't mean it goes onto the 66 every day of the ad it would be getting no revenue it would say work the 10, 10A to encourage people to shop at Sainsbury Hint Revenue is the key word here and Brand Exposure

To be honest, there should have been a Cadbury bus based at AG or PB & put on the Outer Circle, as that runs near to Cadbury World too surely?

(Unless it's moving around the depots, like in the old days?)
