Before anyone else posts it, there will once again be a load of 14 plate E400s on the 60/900/957 today. Every 24 I've seen so far this morning has been a Trident, B5LH or 13 plate E400.

4940; 4943; 4944; 4948; 4949 are all on the 24

I managed, somehow to see none of those this morning which is some achievement! I saw 4903, 4429, another Trident and a Harborne branded B5.

The other two buses you saw are 4174 & 5513. 4907 completes the allocation

Had a trident for school yesterday. Left city at 8:05 (approx) - Haven't seen or been on any 14 plate E400s much. Only today it's been 4949. And that was my third journey on one of the new ones...

Well you know where the 11 goes from by the swimming baths then goes over the junction, the way the 29 also goes down. There were 22s and 23s coming from that way and then doing what the 29 does into birmingham, round the island, but the buses were going also stopping there to kitwell and then going the 11 way. There were lots of police cars and ambulances flying round, so might have something to do with it

Seems to be on diversion due to the closure of Northfield Road. Saw one emerging from Harborne Park Road, going all the way round the island at Harborne baths to head towards city so looked as though it was following the 29 route. Saw another turning right off the High Street into Harborne Park Rd so it looks like from city they were going all the way down the High Street, circling the island and then Harborne Park Road and same as 29 to California.

I'm sure someone like Tony could confirm.

Sounds like there may have been an accident of some description, am sure Tony and the super computer can help us here!

If it's due to Northfield Road, that looks like a planned closure that's been in place all day. However I also saw flashing blue lights in Harborne on my way home from work so who knows.

If it was a LED Display then you probably seen 4428 as that has punctuation marks scrolling on the bottom every time I see it on the 70. :)
