Anyone know what buses on 24 today?

From my elevated position in the city centre it's too far to see fleet numbers but the ones I've seen are new 14 plate E400s and B5s. Can't tell whether they're on the 22/23 or 24 though.

Mile high club eh Mick?!

Certainly not joining any mile high clubs with what I'm doing up here LS. Although reading Trident 4194s post if you count the top deck of a 24 as mile high, then his slow pull off might just have gained him membership of said club.

What? You're not sipping a glass of 'Bollinger' from your Penthouse balcony?

Haha, there's so many possible responses for that post I just don't know how to respond.

So I'll leave you with this:

Not the best response but I'm sticking with it.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

Private Hire work no doubt, all have Tacho's fitted and are the smartest (in my opinion) buses currenty in the fleet, NXWM livery actually suits the square design

4777; 4778; 4779 & 4780, have gone to Sipson Road to do a weekend Private hire in London, I was told it was 3 + a Walsall Enviro, but just checked and it is 4 Scanias

Didn't know that. I agree they do look smart.

X64-06 would have to be single, as its got a 98 on there, if I remember what a mate told me correctly! Most if not all X64's are on sole X64 mileage so can be 100% decker.

Oh, and I think the night X64's are ran by a 98-xx running board so single deckers there too.
