Isnt that the old route?

Diamond's 478 used to do it before the Sandwell Review.

Yes, although I simply meant that the 478 generally went from Wednesbury to Bearwood.

I'm intrigued to know if all these interworking services in evenings and Sundays can be covered by the (12, soon to be 13) Enviro200 for blind changing purposes.

BCMobile

Damn I've just been reading the above posts thinking it was the original 49; Weoley Castle - Solihull...

What was the old route number? 549?

47/47A/49 is 4 buses. 42/43/45/46 is 7. 11 needed. 40 doesn't interwork with anything so that can use Mercs.

40 has a PVR of 2 on Sundays up to 6pm and 1 afterwards so that would make 13 which WB will have soon.

There have been a couple parked in the top yard when I've passed it a couple of times this week which is why I doubt that all 13 would be available.

these are just renewals by the way.

Nothing to surprising, although Diamond have lost the 226 to Hansons!

Haven't Arriva also lost the 257 to NXWM?

Is this actually happening. It hasn't been mentioned on the NWM April changes or NXWM changes

As far as I am aware this particular Tender for the 257 doesn't relate to the Evening & Sunday service currently operated by Arriva. It relates to other journeys at different times (early mornings perhaps) that are already operated by NXWM.

Where did you get that idea from?

Ash

Surely if a NXWM bus is going to go to Hayley Green it will be the 4H to match diamond's 4H service.
