Surely if a NXWM bus is going to go to Hayley Green it will be the 4H to match diamond's 4H service.

Obviously the 244 already goes to Hayley Green but it goes a completely different way to the 4H

Is the 99 being extended to Hayley Green then?

Where did you get that idea from?

"Variation Accepted: Operating between University Station, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Rowley Regis Station(/Hagley Road Haley Green given service number 99/98 effective from 28-Apr-2013. To amend Route and Timetable."

It the VOSA registrations Nathan, a lot of them are out of date and have wrong information on them, for instance, the 297 is still shown as operating between Stourbridge & Gornal Wood.
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

As I thought, it's due to out of date registrations again. The 636 used to go through to Hayley Green & the 637 to Rowley Regis Station, can't remember when the 636 got curtailed to Halesowen, may have been at the Dudley review? The 99 route change is B'ham City Centre  & Welsh House Farm Estate see

Matt, I don't think it is being extended to hayley green. But i have never been able to understand the VOSA registrations anyway!

Will the new 936 be operated by WA or PB?

I'm surprised NXWM haven't extended their 4H to serve Hasbury & Hayley Green, as it would serve roads no longer served by NX buses

I don't think it's really necessary, the 244 does a good enough job, even if it must be NXWM's most unreliable service

Since the 244 was diverted down Bassnage Road to get to the Squirrels Estate, Thornhill, Huntingree, Dunstall & Landsdown Roads no longer have a NXWM service.

You can't expect every little residential street to have a NXWM service though, and you won't be more than a 5 minute walk from a bus stop on the 244's route on any of those roads

Dunstall Road has the 142 doesn't it? Many passengers on the 244 are elderly people who just want to catch a ride into town, it doesn't matter which company as long as they can use their concessionary pass

It Is how the registration was When originally submitted to VOSA. I highly doubt that it will do that now.

As i said the other day, really VOSA should look to tidy up there bus registrations as a lot of them don't bear much resemblance to the route being operated.

Makes it very confusing for people looking at them.

Regards the 46 taking over the 651 route, why could it not wait those few more weeks until the north Birmingham review?
