Here's hoping the extra capacity at stop MS1 can be used to relieve some pressure from MS2!

Probably a suggestion that should go into silly ideas, but is there a case for services terminating in Birmingham to terminate at the nearest Hub, eg 82/7 Paradise Circus hub, 16, 74/5 Snow Hill hub etc: and all the hubs to be linked by a Centrebus?

Currently the 82/7 virtually does a tour of the City Centre and this must affect it's reliability!

Tickets into City could include a ride on the Centrebus!
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

That was originally pretty much the plan I think - they were to have 6 interchanges, and the 16, 98 and 99 would link them up. Personally I think it worked better when the 24 did a loop of the entire city centre, you could literally get to any part of the centre on it.

The 16 and 82/87 do a good job of covering the majority of the Birmingham. I'm assuming this was why the 98/99/X64 were curtailed to Priory Queensway

The 83/89 rerouting to Colmore Row didn't reduce the PVR. I'm assuming the 127/8/9 changes which are basically the same won't either.

with the 98/999 x64 all runing friom square peg wil any service be moving like the sutton stuff to bullst then 33/51 move futher down like be fore

Normally supportive of buses and I understand that change is necessary sometimes, but this constant shuffling of bus stops around the city centre is becoming silly now. hasnt been a year yet and as an example the 51 (and the sutton lines) has changed stops 3 times already, people who dont usually travel by bus are going to be so confused
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

Shortening of 127/8/9?
City centre terminus amended to Colmore Row - will no longer serve markets area.

Will that free up any buses? The 127/8/9 will only lose 5 minutes (at best) journey time travelling to Colmore Row instead of the Markets

A similar change to the 99 is reducing the Pvr by one & allowing an extra Enviro 200 to transfer to WB

A similar change also occurred on the 83/89 which previously served the Markets, and to my recollection, this change didn't affect the PVR of these routes

The change on the 83/89 was to improve reliability on those services, as they were getting delayed in traffic congestion round New Street station, so no it wouldn't have affected the PVR. I believe the same reasoning is behind the changes to the 127/8/9 services.

2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley

We don't know yet what the 10 timetable changes are. It might be at times when Arriva don't operate? Or do they run same service all day?

Looking at the 28th April changes which are now on the NWN website, NXWM are intrducing a sunday service on the 10.

This will mean if they operate a Co-Ordinated timetable like mon-sat then there will be a combined frequency of 30 minutes on a sunday instead of Arriva just operating hourly.

Presumably like all other single decker routes in wolverhampton it will use B7RLE's which may come from the X1 being withdrawn

Yeah, that was the reason. I never experienced delays at the Markets using either services 89 or 129, it's a shame they've both been moving to Colmore Row. But at least the 126 still provides direct access to the Markets from Five Ways & Broad Street  :)
