It will be repainted anyway, but that would mean WN still end up with just 1 excel still to replace, and PE end up with a midibus replacing a full size one

Matt, 586 would of been needing a repaint into NXWM red colours as i think it is bound for WN o replace 687 (Which i haven't seen since earlier last week so may have been withdrawn).
