At least four B7s have been in service this morning.

2155    used to replace Enviro on 21
2156    12 morning peak
2157    19 and 12 morning peak, then replaced 662 on 3/A
2171    12 morning peak

2155 still on the 21 at 4.00pm and 2171 was on the 23S around the same time today [Friday]

2155, 2156, 2157 and 2171 worked on the 9/A today which I assume they will settle down on to as the route is to receive branded B7s.
2171 substituted as a result of a defective ticket machine.

Yes, There are 7 B7RLE still working on the 9/A. None B7RLE on 20's but next few weeks then new B7RLE's going on 20's

Some B7RLE still built the body, it would be arrive to CV garage around in later may on the 20's. You should going to Bus Station Stand H to Hospital and Stand N to Green Lanes bring taken a photo!

I know, 586 still working on the 3/A. I will try find 662 if it work on 3/3A. I guess 1548,1595 and 1596 will be next to withdrawn due to poor condition.

Coventrys Mercs are not in that poor condition, theyre well kept and dont look their age by any means, try a few from west brom and youll know tatty mercs

I honestly fail to see how the Mercs look anything other than absolutely ancient.
Compare them with the standard single deck models which other operators use and in my opinion there is a massive difference.
I appreciate that there might be even worse at other NX depots, but that doesn't make Coventry's examples any better.

586 and 662 went last weekend apparently to have fronts repainted for further use by NX. Various sources have quoted different depots so won't comment here.

The new single deckers (2155/2156/2157, 2171 so far used) have settled down onto the 9/A, workings on other routes will be recorded under unusual workings.

Management do have changes of mind. If you notice for some time now I have only been posting what has happened, not what is going to happen.
