• There were adverse findings under Sections 17(3)(a); 17(3)(aa); 17(3)(h) and 17(3)(c) of the Public Passenger Vehicle Act 1981.
• There were no findings either way on the issue of financial standing.
• The operator no longer satisfies the requirement of good repute under Sections 17(1)(a) and 14zA(2) of the Public Passenger Vehicle Act 1981.
• The operator no longer satisfies the the requirement of professional competence under Section 17(1)(a) and 14zA(2) of the Public Passenger Vehicle Act 1981.
• The operator has failed to operate a local service under Section 6 of the Transport Act 1985.
• The operator has operated a local service in contravention of Section 6 of the Transport Act 1985.
• The Traffic Commissioner does not impose a financial penalty under Section 155 of the Transport Act 2000 due to the fact that it serves no purpose and he revokes the licence and is making an order of disqualification under Section 28 of the Transport Act 1985.
• The operator's licence is revoked with effect from 23:59 hours on 27th February 2015.....
• Acorn Coach and Bus Limited is disqualified from holding or applying for an operator's licence in any traffic area for a period of 12 months under Section 28 of the Transport Act 1985.
• Michael James is disqualified from holding or applying for an operator's licence in any traffic area for a period of 12 months. This disqualification is as an individual, partner, director or as an officer of any entity.
