Apart from specially kept 4125, NXWM's oldest service bus, 4476, was presented for an MoT today and passed with no advisories as it has done for the last 8 years, so will hopefully still be in service for most of 2025

That's why I asked if someone like you or who works at West Brom could confirm as I saw it was tracking on the 54 this morning and didn't believe it as bustimes is known to show false workings at times.

Just to confirm, 6968 was sent as a replacement for 754 on the 54, but it was then swapped with 815 off the 43 service as only 700s/800s are permitted on the 54

It has been in the workshop for a while with a serious mechanical defect. It's 4747 that I would be asking about, that one has been parked in death row with panels missing off it. Another driver reckons it should be back because it's a good bus, but the same thing happened with 4478 and that never came back
