The earlier you book the more choice you get. Routes are finalised an hour before the stated departure time, it seems.

On Saturday just gone Diamond we're running a Football Shuttle from Dudley to Willenhall Noose Lane home of Dudley Town for there FA Cup Clash with Stourbridge. Must be the first true Football Shuttle Bua I've seen in a long time. I wonder if Diamond would consider if Darlaston end up playing Stourbridge on the 14th of September

Thank you, I will try and aim and book hour in advance from now on (where possible), Today was just a trip out to see how it all works for future trips which I have ideas for which will involve it further.

Are NX direct debit bus passes no longer valid on Diamond?

Last 2 times I've tried it now it's failed. It used to say card accepted but not anymore.

You need to contact NX Bus and get them to add the nBus product onto your Swift card.

I went through all this before but with Stagecoach, I documented it on my website:

My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley

But was it not there before? As it was previously accepted. I am not sure why that would change.

I can give this a try though, cheers.

Like I said, I went through all this when I had problems having my pass accepted on the Stagecoach 169, though I'd previously used it with no issues.

It only ever had NX's Regional Travelcard loaded, now my card has both that and the nBus equivalent, and it works fine on Stagecoach's buses.

To this day I still don't know why this suddenly became invalid, and if NX were aware of this, why they didn't just 'push' a card update for all direct debit customers.

Knew there was a reason, I stuck to going to the Swift kiosk, instead of going direct debit.

Ok, it costs me a bit more, but I didnt have the hassle.
