Bus Services axed/changed from 1st January 2023

The majority of all the cancellations posted in this thread, are due to end of current TfWM contracts.

Once new contracts are awarded, operators will register / re-register them & they'll be a clearer picture of which services remain.

There's also the possibility that some of these services could be revised/changed and end up reappearing under a new service number.

That's not just a possibility, it will be a fact. Some services are being chopped & changed too.

TfWM Tenders for 1/1/23 have been  issued in 3 batches, I don't recall seeing a tender for the X10 Merry - Hill to Gornal Wood extension

Landflight bus tracked as doing this a few weeks ago.
Wonder if they are going to make the 58 more convoluted in the Lyndon area. Thing about that perhaps is longer journey time to the current 58 route as a result could make it more off putting to potential passengers.

Also apparently "46 Kings Heath to QE Hosp via Brandwood, Hawkesley, Northfield, Weoley Castle". 69 service curtailed at Kings Heath.

As has previously been explained, the registrations show as cancelled as the contracts are up for tender.

Whoever wins the contract will reregister the service.

Just noticed the 40 service as a new timetable from 27/11 main change I've noticed is an additional service at 5:25am from Wednesbury plus change of operator for the 5:45am from Wednesbury,. Hopefully it improves reliability of the service.

i think you'll find the main change is that it is reduced from 10 minutes to every 12 minutes

Similar to the 31/32, where the first journey from Mossley is 445am, daytime frequency will be 5 minutes, instead of 3 minutes & some journeys have changed from NX to Diamond & probably vice versa.
