Just noticed on the vosa website that from the 1st December there will be timetable changes to the 276, 222, 4/4H/4M and X96. Wonder what will happen - Surely it wouldnt be a frequency increase for the Christmas period would it? Is there enough buses?

On VOSA today? There's none coming up now, there's one for First Potteries, 2 for FMR & one for DRM

I would think the 4 is frequent enough. But still, changes sound interesting  :)

Possibly, bit of a long shot though don't you think as Mercs on the 257 are rare and 257's resting at PE are also quite rare

Mercs aren't really rare on the 256/7, I agree it is a long shot though. If it a transfer I will not be surprised though.

Yes 257 is run from WN with tridents  interworking with the 256 but again as Matt said Mercs aren't really rare as they have appeared a few times
