It is certainly an Pensnett route.

The NXWM website isn't always 100% up todate, it listed the 55 as a BC route for years after the 55 transfere to BY.

Don't know what the clearance is but a few of the trees on Welsh House Farm Road, Wisley Way, and Firsby Road look like they might be tight for deckers. I don't think NXWM or its predecessors have ever used a decker on the 636, 99 etc.

But there was a report few years ago when VIP used their double decker on that route

Well it's a PN route now. The reason why some SWB E200's moved to PN.

Some pensnett buses have been taken out of service the last couple of weeks due to one person slashing seats upstairs anyway said male has been caught on CCTV boarding a bus then damaging seats upstairs then the bright spark has nicked a CCTV camera off the bus  very good image of him doing this was recorded

Sorry but this sort of thing makes my blood boil, hope this individual gets caught, jailed and banned from using buses for the rest of his life.
