Are ex 99 passengers at Halesowen getting confused with the withdrawal of the 99 and the extended 244.

Surprise @Trident 4194 hasn't moaned about the 244 so it must be more reliable with the changes

There have been a few bits of minor late running, up to about 6 minutes, but with a 14 minute layover at the hospital every bus has got to the QE to leave exactly on time on the return trip yesterday and today so far.

Would be interested to know what passenger loadings are like on some of the morning peak journeys towards the QE from the Quinton area with the reduced frequency. Never used the 99 too much myself but when waiting for the 22/23 at War Lane / Northfield Rd, the 99 that was due soon after 8am always looked very busy with the 20 min frequency.

Edit: especially with SWB buses like 760 which is being used on there today.

That's funny haha. More likely the driver let them on for free. Better drivers??? How can it be? You all drive washing machines around at 15 mph

Shouldn't be @karl724223, after all a bus is needed for those journeys and although MMCs going around there are probably not the best utilisation of the buses, it saves an E200 having to come from PN or Merry Hill etc just to have to cover a few short journeys with plenty of time in between them.

Just seen a 244 to the QE on Pitman Road. So it does run on Sunday's?
