4355 on fire in Quarry Bank

Just seen a photo on facebook of 4355. Looks like an engine fire rather than arson on the upper deck.
Looked quite severe.

Thanks John. Poor old 4355, hsnt had a lot of luck. About a year or two when new it was on the 61 and the driver had trouble with some youths in Trescott Rd, Northfield and foolishly he got out and chased them only for one to double back and jump in the bus and drive off crashing into several trees and taking part of the N/S roof off.

That explains why it has a very light blue panel around the front windows upstairs (like on the Y reg ones). It was very tidy on the inside when I caught it on Monday (dark blue TWM seat trim) - shame it wasn't one of the ones still in original trim that went up in smoke.
