But it hadn't been near the 243/4 at lunchtime when originally posted, in fact it is only just doing a 244 now for the first time

To be honest, is any bus on any route noteworthy at PE?

Starting to think the same thing @Stuharris 6360   :) 

Seem to see mentions of MMCs on different routes most days, mentions of Tridents occasionally working the 9, and B7s on the 243/244. All hardly a massive surprise.

Fair enough - I was more referring to mentions of MMCs on the 246, 140s etc. rather than them turning up on the 243/244 or 222.
