Some unusual workings?

569 on the 428 must have transferred in from Walsall as it had full destination blinds
3611 was also on the 428/9
4526 was on the 406
4321 and 4586 both on the 79
Also there were 5/6 mercs parked in the outside park up over the road from the garage which some looked to be 1538 and some Dudley Road branded mercs with i think was 1526 along with 1532/87 which has been there for around 2 weeks

The Dudley Road merc you saw must have been 1528, because I saw 1529 on the 89 today. 1528 must be ready for withdrawal, explains why I saw 1632 operating the 89 the other day.

Thanks 4504, yeah it must have been 1528 as i knew it was a dudley road merc due to the branding on the back it had and it was in the old TWM livery. I thought WB might have had a merc from BY after 1698 incident and it still parked at the front of WB garage with cones round it and the engine fire damage can be clearly seen.

Solos again on the 301 diamond why they are crap no room leave the dafs on or the hybrids use the solos for tendered routes thats all they are good for.

Most of the '02' cadets, 30205/16/18 along with a red diamond cadet on the 404E and no solos :) but solo's on the 301 is going to happen after withdrawing the older larger darts and replacing them with solo's and shorter darts

4308 was also on the daytime 79 today. The Spectras were on the 1,11,32/33 and 79. 4595 was also on the 11. 600 was on the 276, 1633 did an afternoon stint on the 120, 4801/5/10 plus 2 B7RLE's were on the 246. 1751 was on the 70A

Fair play to PE they really have stepped things up slightly on the 246 recently, but come January things are likely to fall back again as you pointed out yourself that a Merc was on the 120 so that Merc therotically would have to swap with a 246 B7 and the 141 will have to be all Enviro potentially taking away a spare Enviro when a Merc occasionally pops up on the 141

I don't actually see what's wrong with Mercs on the 246. The 17 has had Mercs for over 10 years, and that's a Birmingham route, plus, the main priority should be on Birmingham currently
