Was there a park and ride shuttle from Solihull Town Centre to the Car Park on Monkspath Hall Rd by Tudor Grange Park as there is a bus stop in the middle of the car park?

Yes. That route was introduced whilst Touchwood was being built as a lot of the car parking in Solihull behind the High Street was demolished to make way for the new site. I worked in Solihull at the time and my employer provided alternative parking arrangements at Monkspath Hall. I used the route, and at that time it was free and was operated by Zak's, using Mercedes Varios.
