All of the NX buses haven't been tracking for 10 days now...
Thank you for reminding us on something we already know...

That's why it's been so quiet on here all week. No buses to online stalk.

But also because it's the festive period and so it's likely that people are travelling less amongst other things.

Sorry, been too busy working overtime with real ones.  :D

For anyone still curious, it looks like an issue with NX's data set on BODS, no idea when it'll be resolved but hopefully soon!

Any views/comments are my own and do not reflect those of my employer.

Any updates? Hopefully the tracking will work in the new year.

Goodness me you are lacking patience... there's more important things than making sure a tracker is worker for computer spotters...

Nope, and no-one here knows any more than anyone else.

But yes, it will probably start working again in the New Year, once the people involved with the data feeds are back in their respective offices.

Once the relevant fixes have been applied to the data feeds, then you'll start seeing buses tracking again on BusTimes.
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

I expect you're right. For those members thinking it's only used by armchair bus spotters, then you've overlooked the people (bus passengers) who use it to find out where the bus they're waiting for really is and for other passenger related purposes. I've used it when visiting towns I'm not familiar with and it really is good. So the fact none of the NX West Midlands buses have been visible for a week or more is no doubt very irritating for a range of people.

It will be great to be able to view the West Midlands bus services again.

The problem has now been identified and it is at BODS, the middle man between the company and the tracking websites, so we are waiting for them to fix it.

On what platform? I have no Map tab for NXWM, but I do have a Map tab for Coventry.
