What's happening then to the bits of the 24 that are not covered by the 14/a then??

I'm guessing they're referring to the Sunday timetables for the 23/24. If they are it isn't clear.
Also what does this mean?

"The Terminus for this service will operate from Newman University."

Is the 23 terminating at Newman Uni again? Thought it was moved from there because of the parking concerns.
Local Routes: 002, 39/39A, X21, 46, 76.
Localish Routes: 18, 23, X22.

Harborne routes is they frequency being cut almost halved or am I reading that wrong ?

I think it's refering to tge Sunday frequency being improved.

I notice there are still some routes that haven't had their normal timetables registered from 1st Sept. Does that mean there are more changes to come?
Local Routes: 002, 39/39A, X21, 46, 76.

Although no exact date was ever given I think we'll have to wait slightly longer for the Coventry service changes, most likely 29th September ::)
(going on the basis that the Coventry consultation was issued a month before the West Dudley one which has it's date set for 27th Oct).

It's being withdrawn between Dudley & Foxyards and replaced by the 14.

The NXWM website has now been changed to say that the 24 will continue to run between Dudley and Merry Hill to a revised timetable.  It looks as through the 14/14A/24 will no longer all interwork, with the 14 operating as a standalone service.  The new 24 timetable has not been posted but I am guessing that the 14A/24 will still interwork.
