Still no mention on NX website, or notices on the buses about the withdrawal of the X7 and changes to the X8  :-\

Will the X8 platinums be re-branded into the new style like the 9 and 87 ?

While it would be nice, I've been looking at the X7/X8 branding, and I could see it easily just being edited with the X7 being removed. Similar thing happened to the Soho Rd branded buses when the 75 was withdrawn

Will be nice to see the new branding applied to the X8 then Tony  ;)

I do like the look of what they've done to the 87 and 9 etc..

I guess some of the spare platinums will be used on other WN routes, like the number 1 etc ?

Or alternatively, several transferred elsewhere as a result of no longer being required?

Surely wouldn't it make sense to terminate and start the journeys at Lye Cross??
