From Monday 2 Feb, according to a link on the NX website,  revised timetable on the 51 & x51(operated by Walsall) & 529(operated by Wolves), & to provide extra buses as well, due to current M6 problems.

(Cannock x51's are starting earlier too, with first departure at 6am, which means it reaches Bloxwich at 624, which means me & sister need to get our a**es into gear , or give up & walk round to the Bloxwich Road instead!)

No, it carried on from Pheasey to Kingstanding Circle, I think via the 451 route

No, it carried on from Pheasey to Kingstanding Circle, I think via the 451 route

I belive the 934A which served Doe Bank Lane was withdrawn replaced with 997A covering the withdrawn 934A around doe bank lane then from Buffet Island it went straight down the Kings Road (451 route) to terminate at Kingstanding Circle.  I could be wrong.

Do the X51 and 997 interwork during the off peak hours? E.g

1140 from Walsall arrives into Birmingham at 1215.
Does it then work the 1218 X51 back to Walsall, or the 1223 997 to Walsall?

Or do they just interwork during the peaks?
