Seems like none of the vocal announcements are working? Every platinum/electric bus I've been on in the past 5 days has had either no audible announcements or only visual announcements

It helps if you quote a fleet number and the route you were travelling on.

Don't forget, just because a bus has the equipment installed, doesn't mean that all routes are programmed in yet.
